My.N Customization

My.N allows you to customize the application at different levels

Menu Customization

Each user (or a group of users) may have their own My.N menus, set up to show just the features which are appropriate.

Menus may be delivered either through an 'Outlook' style interface, or a traditional Windows multiple-document interface.

Each screen within each module may also be customized and laid out to show just the data which is appropriate to the business and / or a particular user.

Reports and Drill Downs

Any standard management report or any system 'drill down' screen may be customized using Open Door. The user may also create their own additional drill downs and create links back to standard My.N features

Application and Workflow customization

The Net Business Framework architecture enables My.N to be customized to perform any special functions required by the business. In addition workflow may be automated and processes linked using My.N 'events' (see Customization and Workflow)
