My.N's issues tracking system ensures that initial enquries are logged securely, potential customers are allocated a sales person, and that they will be dealt with in a timely fashion.
From the sales order screen, My.N provides an instant view of all recent customer orders, together with detailed notes on a customer's history organized neatly into 'threads'. Separate tabs show
related products and other pertinent information. When a product is selected, a record of all previous purchases is displayed together with prices and quantities and current product availability.
A sophisticated pricing system allows customer prices to be set at a general level or overridden by product group, product type, or at individual product level. The pricing system includes
quantity breaks and prices may be set separately by currency and by case size.
My.N's web interface enables 'on the road' access to product information, availability, customer history and order processing
My.N allows you to build quotations quickly and easily and print them as both quotations and pro-forma invoices.
Quotations are stored and a detailed reporting facility allows the documents to be retrieved and analysed. You can create a sales order or invoice directly from the quotation.
If the quote was for a new customer, My.N will use the details on the quote to automatically create a sales ledger account for that customer.
