Alterations

Organize > Events > Add EventEmbedded Images - The list of available local images is now ordered by date descending after name & file type. The saved time is also displayed along with the date (New Skin: nbfSelectImage)
Purchases > Orders & ReturnsHistory Grids - The history grids are now populated when loading an existing order /return and are no longer cleared on save or refresh
Purchases > Orders > Force CloseInvalid Number - A message box displaying 'Invalid Purchase Order Number' is now displayed when an invalid number is entered. Similar message is also displayed when entering an invalid number on Force Closing Purchase Returns
Purchase & Sales > Cash MatchingSettlement Discount - A warning message is now displayed if discount has been included when no settlement discount is expected. All provisional discount figures are now displayed with the correct sign (New skins: nbfPLCashMatch & nbfSLCashMatch)
Sales > Browse Customers > Open ItemsReversal - Users are only prompted to accrue the stock when reversing a Sales Invoice if there were stock tracked items on the original Invoice. Charges are now also reversed
Purchase & Sale > Browse Suppliers / Customers > StatementDiscount - Discount & Settlement Discount transactions are now displayed on the Statement and Match Details screens. The unmatch & cancel transaction buttons cannot be used if the match reference includes any discount because of VAT implications
Sales > Quotations, Orders, Invoices & CreditsHistory Grids - The history grids are no longer cleared when an address is altered or the screen is refreshed
Sales > QuotationsAccount Selection - The 'Unable to get customer details' error message is no longer displayed for quotations without a customer account
Sales > EPOSEPOS Sale - Items can again be returned through the EPOS Sale screen by entering negative quantities
Sales > Credit NoteCredit an Invoice - Negative discount % is now brought through to the Credit Note when adding an Invoice with negative discount from the history grid. This will credit the full Invoice amount. The 'Reverse' button on Customer Open Items uses the same procedure
Sales > Cash MatchingCash Allocation - The shipment cash allocation screen will only be displayed when double clicking a payment line in systems which have been authorised to use the Landed Costs System feature
Nominal > Browse Latest TransactionsLayout - Debit & Credit columns are now displayed rather than a single Amount column. Invoice & Credit number columns have been altered to show the correct purchase and sales transactional data. (New Skins: nbfNominalLedgerDetails, NbfNLBrowseTransactions)
Nominal > Trial Balance DrilldownGrid data - All nominal accounts are now populated on load, rather than just the first 200. The total figures will now always be correct as they're calculated by using the grid data
Reports > Nominal > Budget UsageBudget Reports - The budget summary for nominal collections are now displayed correctly. Purchase Order amounts are no longer duplicated as Authorised Requisitions. The layout for all budget reports have been altered to include the Total Spend. Reports can now be exported in full to Excel (New Reports)
Import > Companies, Suppliers, Prospects & CustomersChild Properties -New contacts will only be imported against companies without any existing contacts. Warning messages informing the user of this are also displayed in the validation file
Import > Stock HeadersService Items - Stock Tracked items can no longer be converted to Service Items after initial setup. This is to prevent stock issues e.g. service items having available & allocated quantities left over from when it was a stock tracked item
Import > Stock HeadersChild Properties - All existing stock prices, barcodes and VAT rates are cleared when their properties are included in the import file. Warning messages informing the user of this are also displayed in the validation file
Open Door Reporter > Export to Excel 2007Column Breaks - Columns which have been marked as not visible are no longer displayed and numeric columns with a value of 0 are displayed as 0 rather than NONE in the column break detail. The font can also be set against the third column break and all totals are displayed correctly when the option to display column headers after breaks has been selected.
Open Door Reporter > Export to Excel 2007Fonts - All font style & effect combinations are now available e.g. it's possible to set a font style & effect as bold, italic and underlined rather than only having an option of only choosing one. These font style & effect combinations are also exported to PDF and RTF documents along with three standard fonts

Organize > Events > Mailer TemplatesProperty Placeholders - Specific information can now be brought through to email templates for Despatch Notes, Pro-Forma Invoices, Back-to-Back Sales Orders and Credit Notes e.g. {{PropertyName}}. Invoice address is also brought through from the document rather than using the company's default address. {{CompAddr}} now returns the full company address, {{DelAddr}} returns the full delivery address and {{BillAddr}} returns the full billing address.
Organize > Events > Add EventMulti Select - Files can now be attached to an event/email by using the multi select option
Nominal > Cash Book > Bank ReconciliationBank Reconciliation - Transactions can now be appended to the last saved statement. All alterations are saved to a history table
Reports > Nominal > P&L Extended ReportLayout - New system parameter to disable the Expenditure total if running totals are used instead (DisablePLExpendTotal). Five default templates are now pre-installed. Calculation for the variance columns have been altered to; Actual - Budget (for Income) and Budget - Actual (for Expenditure). A 'Final' option has been added to the period dropdown to programmatically get the final period for the selected year. (New Skin: nbfRepParamsPandLExtended)
Reporting -> Standard Reports -> Nominal -> Ledger Reports -> Transaction SummaryReport Parameters - Report can now be filtered by date range and has an option to only display reverse journals.
Open Door Reporter > Export to Excel 2007Export to Excel 2007 - Each list within a sub layered document will now be exported to Excel. Data is exported to a separate worksheet after every page break (if there are any page breaks)
Trading Company SetupODBC setup - ODBC setup is automated on new installs. User is prompted for ODBC, server and instance name
Trading Company SetupTrading Company Setup - Standard VAT Rate and system default VAT Rate have been separated out to two different fields. This allows trading companies to be set up with a system default VAT Rate that's different to the standard VAT Rate e.g. R0 / R2 rather than R1
Browse GridsMulti Line - Column headers can now be set to multi line by altering the Header Height property on the Property Selection screen for standard browsers (Right click the header > Edit Columns > Selection / Order). This is done on the List Properties screen for Open Door browsers (Allow Layout Edit > Right click the header > Properties > List Properties). Row Height is now also available on Open Door browsers
Browse GridsColumn Properties - The column properties screen size has been increased for ease of use
Number Box FormatNumber box Format - Format can be manually set on each number box.
