Minor Features

ModuleFunctionality
Purchases > RequisitionsAuthorising - All requisitions are sent to the Outstanding Requirements list rather than ones within budget limit and which have been assigned a supplier being instantly converted to Purchase Orders. A 'BudgetRaisePOFromReq' flag can be set on the staff member which allows Purchase Orders to be created directly
Purchases > Authorise RequisitionRequisition Breakdown - Budget references and descriptions are now displayed in the budget breakdown grid. A prompt message also appears when an user attempts to authorise a requisition which requires more authorisation (flagged as 'More Auth Req') - do they want to send it to the next level? (new skin - nbfRequisitionPendingAuth)
Purchases > Outstanding RequirementsSuggested Supplier - An extra column displaying the suggested supplier is shown on the screen - populated on the requisition line. Selecting requisitions with the same suggested supplier will pre-populate the account code on the supplier selection screen when converting to a Purchase Order (new skin - nbfOutSOList)
Purchases > Goods and Services ReceivedUn-receiving items - No longer mandatory to enter a batch number on the Stock Line Receipt screen when un-receiving stock tracked items. A pick list with all available batches is displayed when saving, if the batch number hasn't been populated - the selected batch is then used. The Assign button will no longer assign a new batch number when un-receiving stock either - an existing batch number for that item must be selected
Nominal > Fixed AssetsFixed Assets - The fixed asset browse has been changed so when you click on a fixed asset it will load the main information about the asset and its category into read only text boxes below. There is now a View Category button on the Browse and Add Asset screens. The Add Asset screen also has a history button that shows the postings for the asset including a running total depreciation. When adding an asset the system now depreciates from the date you posted the initial depreciation (if any) and only runs from last time the asset was depreciated. It's now possible to alter more information such as the asset's serial number as well as adding a picture. When changing the category percentage the system will warn you if depreciation has not been run up to date and ask if you would like to bring it up to date first. Postings are now done periodically and not as a lump sum for when the depreciation was done. (New skins - nbfAssetAdd, nbfFASelect, nbfFaCats)
